THE CROWD CONTROLS.
THE COMICS DELIVER.
YOUR BAR PACKS OUT.
BUZZ'D is an audience-controlled comedy show your venue books like a band. A QR code on the screen behind the comic lets the crowd pull up a control panel on their phone and send challenges to the stage — sing a song, roast yourself, act out a scene. Vote a bad set off for free with the buzzer. We bring the comics, the host, and the tech.
Open mic format · Live audience control · No app for guests
Your Tuesday is dead and trivia isn't cutting it.
Midweek is a wasteland. Trivia's tired, karaoke's messy, and a standard open mic is 40 minutes of a guy reading off his phone. BUZZ'D is different — the crowd is literally running the show from their phones, so nobody puts their phone down and nobody leaves.
You book it. We run it.
We bring the lineup
BUZZ'D provides the comedians and a pro host. Each comic knows the crowd is running the room — they show up loose, fast, and hungry.
The crowd runs the show
A big QR code lives on the screen behind the comic. Guests scan it, the control panel opens on their phone, and they pick a challenge — 'Sing a song', 'roast yourself', 'do a Walken impression'. The bit pops on the big screen and the comic has to do it.
Buzzer keeps it moving
Bad set? Anyone can tap the free buzzer. Hit the threshold and it rips — the comic's off, the next one's up. Nothing drags. Ever.
More butts in seats. Longer tabs. Zero dead air.
Bar sales go up
The crowd is dialed in — picking bits, watching them play out, and reacting live. That energy keeps them in their seats and ordering rounds the entire show.
Every request is a group moment
One table sends a bit, the whole room screams. Then the next table has to top it. Word-of-mouth is baked into the format.
Zero lift on your staff
Our host handles setup, sound, comics, and the crowd. You just make sure the tap's cold. That's it.
Pays for itself at the bar
It's an open mic format — no talent fee to cover. Your only job is pouring drinks to a packed room.
Turn Tuesday into your best night
Venues we run are seeing regular sold-out midweeks. The gimmick is the draw — and people come back to try new bits.
A show you own
Recurring residency, exclusive to your venue in your neighborhood. It becomes 'the BUZZ'D night at [your bar].'
"The crowd ran $380 worth of requests in one show. Our Tuesday tab was up 3x. The comics loved it, and half of them asked when the next one was."
